We strive to pick, pack and ship orders as quickly as we can. Any orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday (Tuesday for holidays).

If there is an error with your order please let us know as soon as possible.

Shipping is provided through Canada Post and UPS. Depending on the size of the order, processing can take 1-2 days. Shipping cost estimates are provided at checkout. Larger products may require a further shipping cost, please inquire with us.

We offer exchange & store credit up to 14 days after in store purchases. As a small business we are unable to issue refunds for in store purchases.

We accept online returns within 14 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and there is a 15% restocking fee.

**Items ineligible for exchange or store credit include: gift cards, sheets of paper, open jars, bottles or tubes, used pens/markers, markdown and Maker's products.
